Because our hair is authentic human hair, measures like treating and conditioning will be recommended to maintain the hair over time.
Exchange is permitted upon approval by management on limited items such as Units and Tape Ins. There are no exchanges or returns on weft hair.
An exchange may be permitted on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receiving your order. You must submit pictures and fully explain the issue you are experiencing. We want to make this the best experience with purchasing a quality product because we stand behind it.
